- To be eligible for a return, the item should be sealed, unused and in its original packaging condition as we shipped to you.
2. Timeframe:
- You may initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please review the return policy, check for the eligibility criteria and fill out the return request form. Once the form is filled, the concerned team will verify the details and assist you further with the return request process.
- For items eligible for return, you may be responsible for shipping the product back to us. Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- If your return request is approved, it's required that you securely pack the product in the same condition as it was delivered to you and keep it ready for the courier to pick it up from your location. The instructions will be shared with you by our customer support agent.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Once your returned item is received at our India warehouse, and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, return or exchange request.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to you in the form of store credits post deductions of the restocking fees as explained in the return policy. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your IMBesharam’s wallet.
- If you have opted for an exchange, the team will assist you with product details, collect any balance amount to proceed further to modify your order and process it.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund in the form of store credits for the returned item post the deductions of restocking fees as explained in the policy. This way you can place an order when the product of your choice is available in stock.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, such as intimate apparel, swimwear, perishable goods, or items classified as hazardous materials. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further details.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
NOTE: It's required that you record an unboxing video of the package when received and share the details of the defects you find in the product.
7. Final Sale Items:
- Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable." These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
8. Store Credit:
- Once a return request is approved, the store credits will be issued in the form of a gift card or a voucher post deductions of restocking fees as explained in the policy. These credits can be used on your future purchases and have no limitations or validity.
